Returning from abroad, the owners would like to get a feeling of 50s from New York Lofts when they arrive home. The brick walls behind the sofa and television perfectly shape the industrial atmosphere. Moreover, lighting and some vintage accessories in the apartment are vital to creating an industrial impression as well.
Another highlight of the apartment is the unconventional layout. Our designer moved the study and dining area next to the terrace and separated it from the living room with a glass wall. Therefore, sunlight can be brought to the apartment.
The elevated floor and the cloakroom next to the bedroom provide sufficient storage area to the owners. The glass wall between the two rooms allow sunlight to pass through and the appealing sea view can be seen anywhere.
