Chic and Minimal Style Re-define Space of Studio Flat
In this studio apartment located at OMA by the Sea, the owner worried about privacy and storage needs. In view of small footprint, greyish wood furniture was incorporated to create a stylish and minimal style, yet fulfilling the owner's needs.
Multi-functional furniture is the key to optimize space for studio flat. The kitchen island plays an important role in maximizing kitchen counter space, storage space, as well as combining an extendable table. It allows the owner to enjoy a flexible and space-saving dining area with friends and family.
Through spatial planning, the design team incorporated a double-sided storage unit to divide an open layout into two independent spaces, living room and bedroom.
